Registration Guidelines

Welcome to The 5^th International Conference on Machining, Materials and Mechanical Technologies(IC3MT 2024)

11 - 15 September, 2024, Phan Thiet city, Viet Nam.

We are pleased to inform you the guidelines for registration to join our conference as below:

1. Please fill out the registration form  or download the Registration Form, complete it, and send it to ic3mt2024@upt.edu.vn 
2. After completing the registration, please going to payment process.
3. Please note some issues below:

• Please immediately notify us upon completing your registration by providing details of your payment.
• After registering, participants must email us a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof.

1. Note that no modifications to the paper will be accepted after the final submission date.
2. Each registration permits attendance for one author. The co-authors can join conference but he/she/they have to registry as the attendees.
3. Contact the secretary/coordinator promptly for registrations after the specified deadlines, either by writing or calling.

For participants join the field trip (2 days) please adding 100 USD/person

 

• The registration fee is 1.200.000 VND for Vietnamese Delegates, Students, and Listener/Attendee/Non-Presenter.
• The registration fee is not including the cost for field trip on 14 and 15 September, 2024.
• If you wish to be physical oral presenter at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee:

• Presentation slot (13/15 Minutes Presentation and 03/05 Minutes Q&A)
• 3 Refreshments (Morning and Evening) and 2 Lunches
• Farewell dinner
• Conference Program Book and Abstract Book (Soft Copy)
• Copy of Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
• Endorsed Certificate
• Notebook
• Pen
• Eligibility for all technical sessions and workshops inside the conference
• An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
• Conference Photo Coverage

• If you wish to be a poster presenter at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee:

• Presentation Slot (05 Minutes to Display your Poster)
• 3 Refreshments (Morning and Evening) and 2 Lunches
• Farewell dinner
• Listen to all Keynotes and Plenary Sessions
• Join all Technical Sessions and Workshops inside the Conference
• Engage with all the sessions and other presenters
• Copy of Abstract Book and Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
• Participation Certificate 
• Opportunity to become the Best Presenter
• Opportunity to publish in Conference Proceedings
• Opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the Supporting Journals

After making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods, please contact the Conference secretary @ email: ic3mt2024@upt.edu.vn for confirm your payment or help you to solve problems might be happen.

          To acknowledge your scholarly activities, the certificates and awards will be presented to the most outstanding researchers during the conference’s Awards Ceremony. These awards provide them with well-deserved recognition. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please ensure that you collect your participation certificate from one of our Organizing Committee Members.
